I want to thank you for the opportunity to test out the modems that you sent us. The results were good, as you are well aware, you have a good product... our R & D department is not sourcing out any new modems. If we do require more modems in the future, Apache will be on our "A" list.

I have installed the two A56SP-RA Modems that we purchased and find their performance to be outstanding so far...Your modem held on and performed flawlessly...I have Lab experience with Modems under great and bad conditions and I have used many types...I have not had any problems staying on line.... I like A56SP-RA Modem....during the install there was no unnecessary steps or active registration requests that can cause delays or unnecessary complexity to the installer.... I am considering the installation of your product as my stock device of choice in the computers that I build and sell. I need a reliable and trouble free modem that gives my customers as little trouble as possible.

Until now, we have been using US Robotics Modems in the PCs we are providing them with. However, they are findind that they run particularly slowly when incorporated with the Security software they use. As this problem wasn‘t occuring when they use an Apache modem, they would like us to start using Apache modems in all the PCs we supply to them.
